Paley from the Wilkinson Sword Company on March 5, 1897. The sword is numbered 34896 and from the Wilkinson Sword Archive this number does in fact match with belonging to Paley. Its not often we come across one of these swords that are numbered and researchable, making this an excellent offering. This is a very nice British Infantry Officers Dress
