This is a scarce pair of pouches from the Vietnam War not often seen, the Shorty 20 round pouches for the M16 rifle. The pouches are both in dark green with US stamped on the front. They are stamped 17 and 6 on the backs respectively. The interior of the pouches are stamped: CASE, SMALL ARMS AMMUNITION, M16A1 RIFLE 8465
