This is an excellent example of a 90th Division medics wool tunic. The best feature of the tunic is the 90th Division shoulder sleeve insignia. The division insignia consists of a monogrammatic red "T" and "O" on a square olive drab background. It was adopted by the 90th Division during World War I because most of its original personnel were drafted from Texas and Oklahoma. The 90th Division fought with distinction
