British WWI Enfield No. 4 Spike Bayonet Leather Bayonet Frog- Modified for WW2 Category_Water Jacket Assembly The liner chinstrap is madeNew Made Item: These are WW1 style brown leather bayonet frogs complete with securing buckle normally found with the Enfield No. 1 and p. 14 rifle bayonets. However, these have been modified for use in WW2 with the Enfield #4 Spike Bayonet. An extra row of stitching has been added reducing the size of the loop into which the bayonet fits. This is an unusual modification but a way of keeping obsolete pattern equipment in use for a struggling British
