Quite frankly, we aren't exactly sure what this tunic is. We know it is Italian manufactured as it has two tailor label buttons on the interior that reads: L. Beretta & C. Succes Di A. FARE & C. MILANO, ROMA, TORINO. We believe it to be an officers tunic based on the star pins on the epaulets which could indicate the rank of Lieutenant or possibly Major General. It is a finely made garment piece of heavy blue wool
