Original British Boer War Officer's Field Glasses by Ross of London - Dated 1899 Magazines In 1939 the Stielhandgranate designOriginal Items. One Pair Only. These are all brass covered in leather on the barrels, maker marked ROSS LONDON on the eyepieces and dated 1899. There is also serial number 9755 stamped over the "ROSS" and on the inside of each sun shade. These are adjustable by a central winding wheel which extends the eye pieces.
