Etienne Sauzet, Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatieres En La Richarde other_regions_australia floral and Asian-style tea scentsA hint of exoticism can be found on the passion fruit, jasmine tea and apple compote aromas that exhibit a pretty floral top note. There is a beguiling sense of energy to the delineated and overtly mineral inflected flavors that possess a highly appealing mouthfeel while delivering outstanding depth and length on the chalky finish. This is sufficiently structured to reward mid term cellaring but should also drink well young.
