These plants are prized in the garden for their aromatic, soft, wooly type leaves and flower spikes which draw in pollinators. Tricolor sage is an ornamental variegated variety, reaching about 12 18" both tall and wide with aromatic white, silvery green, and pinkish purple leaves. We consider Tricolor Sage to be a perennial here in Chattanooga.
