Neotempo, Kiatra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon other_regions_australia with iodine notes and aThe 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Kiatra Estate turned out every bit as magical as I had hoped. Dark, sensual and vibrant, the 2021 is endowed with fabulous depth yet remains light on its feet. Graphite, dried herbs, lavender, menthol and licorice all build in this structured, cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon from Kia Behnia and Tracy Borman. I can't wait to see how it ages.
