I would add that this is a big 2017 and very Corton-like

introspective bouquet that needs encouragement from the glass

Otherwise there is very good energy to the sleek

Marc Roy, Gevrey Chambertin Vv other_regions_italy plum and plenty of pungent(from ~70 year old vines). Ripe but fresh aromas include those of plum, black cherry, cassis and plenty of earth influence. The opulent, concentrated and powerful larger scaled flavors coat the palate with sappy dry extract that also buffers the moderately firm tannic spine shaping the balanced, long and complex finale. This is a very good Gevrey villages and worth your interest.
