Description

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir share the honours

(from 25+ year old vines)

minerally element that builds to a long finish

and peppery spice

which is framed by silky tannins

Vincent et Sophie Morey, Chassagne Montrachet Caillerets other_regions Chardonnay and Pinot Noir share(from Vignes Derrire). Here too there is just enough wood surrounding the petrol, mildly exotic and citrus infused aromas to mention. There is slightly better density to the refined, stony and more complex medium weight flavors that culminate in a focused, bone dry and impressively long finish that really fans out as it sits on the palate. 92 2025+
