Cuvee Bistrologie 2023 Cantina Indigeno Fun Fact: GewurztraminerCuve Bistrologie is an electric expression of Chenin Blanc from Robinots organically farmed vineyards in the Loir. Made without additives or sulfur and aged in old barrels deep in the domaines limestone cellars, its a bright, pure white with a balance of tension and texture. Unfined, unfiltered, and wildly drinkable, it captures the signature Robinot energy. Yellow apple, preserved lemon, crushed seashell, chalky minerality, and a soft oxidative edge.
