Tastes like sea breeze
this would be unbelievable alongside cooked seafood courses
just pure fermented grape magic with a heartbeat
resulting in a wine with bright acidity
and not too tart
Si j`étais un oiseau VDF White 500ml 2019 La Crescent Tastes like sea breezeA white blend from Anders Frederik Steen in Ardche. Made from Pinot Gris and Gewrztraminer, sourced from organically farmed fruit and handled with a low intervention approach. Fermented with native yeasts and bottled without additives, it shows an aromatic and textured profile shaped by both varieties, with a balance of richness and freshness.
